Manually harvested after tasting grapes.
Sorting on the vine, stalk removing, the three varieties grapes macerate separately with traditional method during 4 weeks, manual punchings, malolactic fermentation and ageing (8 months) of a part of wine in french oak barrels.
Red garnet. Powerful nose, grilled and game aromas. Lively in mouth, a lot of volume and sweetness.
Tight tannins, good for ageing.
Duck, red meats, cheese with character.
