Winemaking
This Côtes du Roussillon is the result of Syrah and Grenache juice selection winemaked separately.
After removing grape stalks and pressing the grapes, we do the fermentation of must (juices) in vat controling the temperature.
Wine tasting
This wine is light pink with a deep nose.
Smooth, it is well-balanced in mouth.

Aperitif, tapas and diferent grilled meat.
