Vine culture
Short cutting, 6 shoots with 2 eyes. Soil maintenance with plowing, organic fertilizer, ecologic phitosanitary protection.
Winemaking
Manually harvested at the end of august, removed of its stalks, pressed, desfangat with cold, the musts stay in oak barrels where they ferment, aged on lees with punchings regulars (10 months).
Wine tasting
Yellow gold. Complex nose, vanilla slightly grilled and citrus fruits aromas, grapefruit zest, mandarin, good sweetness, big volume, beautiful freshness.
Food pairings
Fish grilled, well-prepared food, shellfish, white meats and cheeses.
